Where can I find my Invoices?
If you already already our customer, then login into clientarea and click on "Billing" Link and then select " My Invoices " sublink.

When is invoice for a service is sent?
Invoices are generated 10 days prior to the service due date. Notification will be sent out accordingly. If there are available funds in your billing account, then it will be automatically applied to the invoice.

What is your suspension policy?
We hate it! We send out enough notifications when a service approaches its due date. 3 days after the due date service will be auto-suspended. Upon paying the pending invoice, service will be resumed (also automatically). Please help us to keep our prices low by paying invoices promptly on time.

What is your termination policy?
We terminate services 15 days after suspension.
